I am a proud native of Tennessee, born in Chattanooga. I have two adult sons and four grandchildren. My oldest son, Duane B. Graddy, Jr, daughter-in-law, Gena Graddy and one granddaughter, Mary Grace Graddy and one grandson, Spencer Burnett Graddy, reside in Tullahoma. My youngest son, Albert D. Hacker, resides in Nashville with my two grandsons, Joven and Noah Hacker. I am fortunate to relocate to Tullahoma from South Florida, where I resided for eight years.

My experience includes Twenty four years in Real Estate operations and management. I effectively manage lease administration, tenant relations and improvements, retrofit projects, and property maintenance. I have a successful history in contract negotiation, tenant retention, operating statements, and execution of the asset management plan, income and operating expense budget, capital budget, and fiscal operations. I work closely with property owners, tenants and contractors obtaining the highest level of service. My Real Estate license includes a Tennessee Broker’s license and the Florida Sales Associate license. Previous employment includes property management with CBRE in Nashville. I am blessed to have a successful career in Real Estate and look forward to continued success for all clients that I am privileged to represent.
