Marian Galbraith grew up in Tullahoma and moved to Atlanta for college and beyond. Eventually, she began investing in single- and multi-family rental property in Buckhead and midtown to supplement her income and start building a retirement portfolio.

In 2001, she “traded” her holdings in Atlanta for a four-plex in sunny Hollywood, California, where she lived and managed the property for nine years. In late 2002, she also obtained her California license and practiced real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty, and later, Keller Williams.

In 2009, she came full circle by returning to her hometown, where she still has family. After several years of writing for the Tullahoma News, she decided to get licensed in Tennessee to come and work with old and new friends at 1st Choice Realtor.
